How To Order
1. General terms
1.2. The seller of the products (hereafter: seller) is Airi Iluteenused OÜ. Address Tallinna 12, Rakvere, Estonia, registry code 12481855, tel +372 56347034, e-mail email@example.com .
1.3. The terms apply between all persons (hereafter: client) and the seller to all legal relations arising through the purchase of products from glamchiclashes.eu online shop.
1.4. The seller has a right to unilaterally change and renew the terms, publishing the new terms at https://www.glamchiclashes.eu .
1.6. In addition, the applicable laws in the Republic of Estonia apply when purchasing from the online shop.
"Is it possible to pick up the order myself?"
Yes, you can pick up your order at the arranged time from our local store in Estonia (Tallinna 12, Rakvere).
"I am placing an order but canˇt find where should I leave a mark of SmartPOSTˇs parcel terminal location?" (Only need fo fill for orders to Finland and Estonia.)"
Please write SmartPOSTˇs parcel terminal location to notes in cart, where is a clickable text "CLICK HERE for SmartPOST" (written with red color). When you click on it, you can add there a parcel terminal location, where do you want us to send the package.

3. Paying for the order
The client pays for the order in full extent as a prepayment for the products sale price and delivery charge.
The sales contract is in full force between the seller and the client after the seller receives the full purchase sum to the sellers banking account or to the payment environment used to pay.
4. Delivery of goods
The seller will complete and post the order after receiving the full purchase sum. Orders are posted on weekdays (Mon-Fri).

5. Exhanging and returning products
All products ordered from GlamChic online shop are eligible for a 30-days exchanging and returning right. To exchange or return a product a client must send a notice with their name and contacts, explanation of the defect or problem and desirable solution to firstname.lastname@example.org .
The seller refunds the amount of the returned products together with the original postage fee within 14 days from the date of return of the products. In the case of a exchange, the seller will send the client a new product if the product being exchanged has been returned to the seller.
The shipping cost of returning and exchanging products remains with the client, unless a wrong or defective product has been sent to the client. The right to return and exchange does not apply to products which, after delivery, have been opened and at the time of returning are unusable due to hygiene reasons.
6. Settlement of disputes
The seller does not take responsibility for damage or whatever other consequences from uncorrect data provided by the client when completing an order, including a delay in delivery, if this is due to circumstances beyond the control of the seller.
The seller is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse and use different from what is describe in the product instructions.
Disputes arising between the seller and the client are resolved by negotiation between the parties. In case an agreement is not reached, the client has the right to contact the Estonian Consumer Protection Board (Rahukohtu 2 Tallinn 10130, http://www.tarbijakaitseamet.ee) and the Consumer Dispute Committee (Rahukohtu 2 Tallinn 10130, http://www.komisjon.ee) to settle the dispute out of the court or to Harju county court. In addition, all clients have the opportunity to reach out to the EU electronic ODR-platform (Online Dispute Resolution) which solves disputes with all online sellers at http://ec.europa.eu/odr
7.1. Collection and processing of personal data of the client
The Seller uses the clients personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act. The seller collects personal information when placing an order. The seller collects personal information that is inevitably needed for completing orders in the online shop and for contacting the client. Collected personal data is data that is requested from the client when ordering (first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, contents of the cart and history of purchases, company information, destination of delivery).
The seller uses the collected personal information to complete orders submitted in the online shop (incl. for sending messages related to the order), delivery of orders, and the sending of newsletters and customer offers with the client's prior consent. The seller has the right to use the personal data collected to better understand the client's expectations and to make personal offers.

If the client has requested to receive newsletters and / or personal offers, the client will always have the right to cancel them by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by clicking on the link at the end of the newsletter.
7.3. Protection of personal data
Personal data provided by the client is processed in accordance with the relevant European Union legislation and the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The seller applies all precautionary measures to protect the client's personal data. Access to data processing is restricted to authorized persons.
